What is Presence + Power?
This embodiment practice is a space to desexualize the pelvis, shed layers of shame and fear, learn about pelvic anatomy and function, and connect with your own pelvic energy through meditation and movement.
Presence + Power is an invitation to befriend an important part of your body and learn from the wise messages contained therein, such as:
- Support and balance (pelvic floor muscles)
- Release and detox (bladder and colon)
- Creative potential (ovaries and testes)
- Relationship with joy (genitals)
- Gestation, creative process (womb)

What is Pelvic Embodiment?
Embodiment is a mind-body practice that utilizes mindfulness and somatic (body-based) practices to come home to our whole selves.
Pelvic embodiment involves understanding pelvic anatomy and how it presents a wise metaphor for living a vibrant life of clarity, power, rest, nourishment, joy, and creation.
An embodiment journey may include these experiences:
- Presence / showing up (connecting to yourself)
- Awareness / mindfulness (knowing yourself)
- Curiosity and compassion (accepting yourself)
- Self-embrace (loving yourself)
- Self-regulation (tending to yourself)
- Seeking support (resourcing yourself)
- Consideration (discovering new ways of relating to yourself)
- Creating a life of authenticity and alignment (being yourself)
- Connection (staying connected with yourself as you engage with life)
- Community (connecting with others from a place of wholeness)
Our monthly gathering is an all-levels practice.
Come as you are. Let’s grow together.
