Your practitioners are licensed professionals who have already completed their 60 hour certification in Internal Pelvic Bodywork for the Female Pelvic Floor and have chosen to advance their studies via mentorship.
This is a Pelvic Wellness Collective event.

- Time: 1pm (for c-section scars) and 2:30pm (for vulvar/perineal scars)
- Location: Next Level Institute in Corvallis

Please read the following information before scheduling your session.
Privacy and Informed Consent
Your session will take place in an open room environment (multiple treatment tables in one room) within a private training location (i.e. no general public access). Tables will be arranged in such a way as to maximize personal pelvic privacy amongst clinic volunteers.
A sheet will be provided for your draping and privacy. Your pelvis may be uncovered for certain portions of exam and treatment. There will be no stirrups or speculums. Your student will ask for your consent before any undraping occurs.
Please be aware that all four mentee practitioners and Anna may interact, with your permission, both visually and hands-on with your scar tissue. Your body and autonomy will be treated with sovereignty and dignity at all times. You have the right to refuse or retract your consent to any portion of the clinic experience at any time for any reason.
Please also be aware that the other clinic participants may be auditory witnesses of your scar tissue discoveries. For the sake of the learning experience, your scar tissue findings may be shared verbally for all mentee practitioners to hear. Coincidentally, all other clinic volunteers may overhear this information.
In signing up to receive a session, please consider and confirm your level of comfort with brief, respectful, educational exposure of genitals in a semi-public setting as well as small-group verbal processing during your treatment.
Note: if pelvic contact is involved in your treatment, your student will wear gloves.
What to Expect
Please allow 90-100 minutes for your participation. We recommend wearing clothes that make for easy undressing under the privacy of a sheet (e.g. a loose dress or skirt) or else bringing a bathrobe for changing in the bathroom.
For our c-section clinic, there may or may not be any pelvic contact involved. For perineal/vulvar scars, there will definitely be pelvic contact for scars. This may include external (vulvar) and internal (vaginal or rectal) contact, always and only with your permission.
Arrival Time: Please arrive a full 15 minutes early, to ensure we can begin on time for each group clinic. Free and ample parking is available at the clinic location, located off Highway 34 near Two Towns.
Clinic Set Up: By 1pm or 2:30pm, respectively, you’ll be tucked in comfortably on your treatment table. For the learning process, there will be a time of gentle palpation (feeling) for your scar tissue, followed by a guided and/or supervised treatment. Your treatment will be customized to you.
Consent Paperwork: will be emailed to you upon registration. Please ensure your paperwork is submitted at least 24 hours in advance of clinic. Learn more about Integrative Pelvic Bodywork here.
