Payment Plans

$50/mo for 5 months will allow you to schedule a new patient exam with only $25 remaining to pay at the time of service. To get started, Venmo @BurnettBodywork or PayPal rootsandmoons@gmail.com. You may schedule new patient appointment after your first installment has been received.

Sliding Scale
