Anna, in partnership with Lynnea Aponte and other providers, offers several trainings in advanced pelvic bodywork topics. These are stand-alone CEs and can be taken in any order or combination. Applicants must have completed a foundational training (or equivalent) in internal pelvic floor.

AP1: Fascia and Scar Tissue
Topics covered:
- mapping and treating pelvic ligaments (bony and visceral)
- understanding pelvic interrelationships with long fascial lines (e.g. deep front line)
- scar tissue remediation
- understanding pelvic dysfunctions within the fascial network
AP2: Fluid Vessels and Fluid Dynamics
Topics covered:
- understanding pelvic dysfunctions related to pressure dynamics
- mapping and treating fluid vessels (lymphatics, arteries and veins, CSF, etc.)
- core coupling, sphincter isolations, sacral motion, diaphragm syncing
AP3: Neuromeningeal Network
Topics covered:
- mapping and treating pelvic nerves
- understanding the meninges and their connection to the pelvis
- understanding pelvic dysfunctions within the neural network
AP4: Visceral Interrelationships
Topics covered:
- understanding abdominal and thoracic organ interrelationships with the pelvic cavity
- treating pelvic dysfunctions within context (pull, push, protect)
- uterine positioning
Pre-requisite for this class: AP1 and AP2.
AP5: Male Pelvic
Topics covered:
- navigating erections and de-stigmatizing male pelvic care
- mapping and treating male anatomy
- understanding male pelvic dysfunctions
