Online Scheduling

To schedule a clinic appointment or register for an event, online booking is available here. You may also text Anna at 541-257-8739 to schedule a session or request to be put on a waiting list for cancellations.

Sickness Policy

Masks are optional as of March 12, 2022. If you develop symptoms of any sickness, text or call Anna to reschedule your session. Thank you for taking care of yourself and for helping to keep our community healthy and active.

Confirmation and Reminders

You will receive an email confirmation verifying the date and time of your session. This email provides the links for you to manage your appointment independently (e.g. cancel or reschedule). You will also receive a text and/or email reminder on the day preceding your session.

Cancellation Policy

Booked appointments represent a mutual agreement between client and provider to be present at the schedule time. Your session is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, no problem! Just give greater than 24 hours advance notice, please. If you are unable to do so, the following cancellation fees apply:

• No charge: for cancellations made greater that 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
• 50% of service fee: for cancellations made with 12-24 hours of advance notice
• 100% of service fee: for cancellations made with less than 12 hours of notice as well as any no-show (missed) appointments

Event Refund Policy

All event sales are final. If you develop symptoms of sickness, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, you may transfer your registration to a friend or family member with prior approval.

Insurance Information

Burnett Bodywork is a cash-based medical massage practice and not contracted with any insurance company. However, HSA cards are an acceptable form of payment and many patients have had success with receiving reimbursement of paid service fees by submitting their receipts or a superbill with NPI numbers and CPT codes to their insurance providers. Please talk with Anna to make these arrangements.
